How do I create new job?

Creating a new job

Follow these steps to create a new job:

- Log into your dashboard
- Navigate to Scheduler tab
- Click on any day (current or future date)
- Click on Add a new job
- You can choose between Use Existing or Create New. If you choose Create New, all the client information will be automatically added to your client database for any future job. If you have already entered the client information for another job before, you must your Use Existing option. In this case, you can search for client name and all the fields will be auto-filled
- Fill out all other fields (some optional)

- Please note that if you enter your client's cell number in the Customer Phone field, he/she will receive a reminder text message 10 minutes before your personnel arrives at the job site.
- Please make sure that the job start time is in the future
- Tip: If you have any instructions for that job, you can leave a message in the Comments box. If any job, with the same job address or job name, occurs in the future, those instructions in the Comments box will auto-fill
- Add notes in the Dispatcher area, this notes can be seen only by the Dispatcher
- Choose between Single or Multiple/Repeat jobs. Once finished filling up the fields, click on Create Job button
* Please keep in mind that each row in your scheduler is a specific Worker that is located in the left-hand side. Do when creating a new job, select the row that corresponds to the Worker that you want to give it the job.

Creating an unassigned job

Follow these steps to create a new unassigned job:

Log into your dashboard
Navigate to Scheduler tab
Click on the green tab below the page where it says: Add New Job
Fill the information and save it Go to the tab locate on the right of the Scheduler and click on: Show Unassigned Jobs

Follow these steps to assign unassigned jobs:

- Click on any day/time from the worker that you want to give that job
- Choose Select Existing Job
- Select the job from the list and that's it!

How do I create repeat jobs?

Creating repeat jobs

If you need to plan on going to specific job site on a regular basis, then there is no need to create a single job for each visit, instead use the Repeat Job functionality.

Follow these steps to create repeat jobs:

- Log into your dashboard
- Navigate to Scheduler tab
- Click on any day (current or future date)
- Click on Add a new job
- You can choose between Use Existing or Create New. If you choose Creat New, all the client information will be automatically added to your client database for any future job. If you have already entered the client information for another job before, you must your Use Existing option. In this case, you can search for client name and all the fields will be auto-filled.
- Fill out all other fields (some optional)

How do I know the status of each job?

Job statuses

Follow these steps to see the status of the jobs in your calendar:
Log into your dashboardNavigate to Scheduler tab
Click on any day (current or future date)
Any job can have one of the following job statuses:

- Future: the job is to be done in the future
- Ongoing: the Worker has arrived to the site and has started the job
- Done: the job was completed in the past. Card color change to grey. 
- Late: the Worker is late for a job

How do I clear a worker's day?

Follow these steps to clear a worker's day:

- Click on options on the Worker's Card 
- Choose Clear Day

How do I optimize routes for the jobs?

Follow these steps to optimize routes for your jobs:

- Click on options on the Worker's Card 
- Choose Optimize Routes
- Confirm clicking on Yes

How do I apply job filters?

Filter by Job Name

- Follow these steps to see the status of the jobs in your calendar:

- Log into your dashboard
- Navigate to Scheduler tab locate on the right
- Click on Filter Jobs
- Select Job Name and all the jobs with that name

Filter by Worker's Name

- Log into your dashboard
- Navigate to Scheduler tab locate on the right
- Click on Filter Jobs
- Select Worker's Name, type the name that you want it 
- All the worker's with that name will appear on the Scheduler
